But, in the new brain research conducted at Tufts University and published in the journal “Nutrition & Diabetes”, scientists have proven that adults can be trained to choose healthy foods and avoid the unhealthy.

In this scientific study, researchers scanned the brains of 13 people. They intervened on eight of them in terms of losing weight. They were subjected on the diet to achieve specific dietary goals. Sensitivity to Healthy Foods

Results: This study offers the first demonstration of positive changes in activating of the brain when choosing healthy foods. It provides new opportunities to improve the treatments against obesity.
